One of Kanga's projects has won an award at the annual eyeforpharma conference in Barcelona!
LivingwithNETs.com is a website developed with Ipsen by Kanga Health in collaboration with patients and healthcare professionals. It won the ‘Most Valuable Patient Initiative’ – an award that recognises projects that demonstrate real understanding for the patient requirements prior to implementation and have a significant positive impact on the patient’s life.

Collecting the award, Ipsen Chief Patient Affairs Officer Isabelle Bocher-Pianka, said: “This project was important because we wanted to change the lives of patients suffering from neuroendocrine tumours…firstly it helps to identify the early symptoms, but, more importantly, it is a full guide to living with the disease. We worked extensively with the patients and we followed their journey from pre-diagnosis all the way to life with NETS.”
The project was a finalist along with several other strong patient initiatives in the annual eyeforpharma Europe awards.
